Mike is a great salesperson. He answered every question I had plus was able to give me straightforward information instead of the typical car salesman run around. To my delite the paperwork portion of the transaction was very easy and I was never pushed to purchase anything that I didnt need. The extended warrantees were reviewed very briefly but never pushed on me not was the service plan that was available. I will definately be back to do business with them in the future. More

I went to Keith Hawthorne Ford in Charlotte for a quote on an extended warranty. They told me why don't I just trade my vehicle in. I told them that I had experienced some unfortunate events and that my on an extended warranty. They told me why don't I just trade my vehicle in. They ran my credit and said why don't you just leave your Lincoln MDX here and drive the Ford SEL home and we'll work out the details in the morning. The next morning came and Keith Hawthorne told me they were sorry, but your credit is to low for qualifying for this car, what if we get you an extended warranty or the same car you just drove in a 2012 instead or 2013 and in white. I wanted black. I say ok, I'll take a brand new 2012 SEL in white. The next day comes and again they didn't deliver what they said they could. Keith Hawthorn Ford/Lincoln brought in a stripped down model with nothing in it compared to what they let me drive. I knew my credit was bad and they wouldn't be able to help me but they dragged me on for 2 days. I felt so taken advantage of. I drove off in my original car because I didn't want to give them my business of getting an extended warranty. I looked up where the nearest FORD dealership was and drove into "CROSS ROADS" Ford on Independence Road. It used to be "Dale Jarrett Ford". I went in asking for the same extended warranty. I was greeted by the Dealership's Manager Bobby Wallace and told him that I was looking for an extended warranty. He asked if I was interested in turning in my vehicle and I told him what had just happened at Keith Hawthorne. I explained that there was no way that it could be done because of my lousy credit. He told me to go look around with his extremely friendly, and knowledgeable assistant, Jerald Little. Mr. Little showed me everything about all of the different cars which I wasn't interested in because I knew they couldn't get my credit through. A few moments later, the Manager, Bobby Wallace, said that he could do the deal with a brand new SEL, $500 down and it being a Black 2013 SEL. I'm astonished!! What? There's no way. Are you sure? He said, "yes". Yesterday, 10/10/12, I drove off in my new car which Jerald Little, the sales assistant, was nice enough to come in on his day off to help orient me with the car. I left being hesitant. I was feeling unsure of the deal going through since my last experience and was awaiting a call saying they did some additional review and sorry, we will need you to take it back to them. They called me later to see if I was happy with the car and told me to stop worrying, it was mine! This dealership is unbelievable! They can make anything happen! Working with our sales consultant Mike Riley was a pleasure. He was able to help us deal with our initial loan company (my old credit union in Florida). The invoice pricing was also much easier to deal with and made our buying experience a pleasure. This was our third vehicle purchased from Dale Jarrett Ford (now Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail). Would definitely recommend dealing with Mike Riley. He was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to go over all the features of the vehicle with us. He always responded to every phone call and every email. More

I went in to purchase a Ford F150. I was down to three, The Dodge Ram, Toyota Tundra and the Ford F150. At Dodge they changed the price at the last minute, up 2000.00 from quoted price. They told me the gave me the price on the wrong truck. The experience felt shady, it may not have been, but I felt if it were their mistake they should have absorbed it. I walked out. The two Toyota dealerships, one I went and the one my husband went to, never really even followed up with us. Frank DeVeglio and Mike Muckenfuss were both friendly and professional. They took the time to answer questions. I am not comfortable purchasing vehicles, but they made it a great experience. More
