After looking and working with several other dealerships in the Charlotte area, I thought Mike Riley was the best by far. Every so often in the last couple weeks he sent me an email reminder just checking in and that was great. 90% of the other dealerships kept calling time after time until I finally had to be rude and tell them to stop calling (even though I started by telling them to just email me). Mike is a great salesperson. He answered every question I had plus was able to give me straightforward information instead of the typical car salesman run around.
