Lisa (sales) and Bill (finance) were very helpful buying the car. I believe I got a good price considering the demand for this vehicle. Bayard (service) answered all the questions that I had. I would go ba the car. I believe I got a good price considering the demand for this vehicle. Bayard (service) answered all the questions that I had. I would go back to them to buy again. More
Worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I've been getting recall notices on my fuel system and called them on 1/15/24 and they told me there is NO FIX and they will send out another l with. I've been getting recall notices on my fuel system and called them on 1/15/24 and they told me there is NO FIX and they will send out another letter when a fix is available. Called another Ford dealership who said they would come to my home to fix it this week. Why is Crossroads Ford lying to customers about recalls? I can only guess they have to fix it for free so won't accept any car that needs this repair. This is very unprofessional and aggravating to boot. Stay away!!! They can be assured I will give them NO business at all, and even though I'm in the market for another vehicle, I've crossed this unprofessional, lazy, cheap dealership off my list. Also called back and spoke to "Tony" who said there is a fix and he said the "employee" who he refused to name just didn't know there was a fix. This is an unacceptable answer. I know they are all buddies, but customer recalls should be properly addressed, not given excuses and lies. If an employee just "doesn't know" she should go ask someone who does, but I don't believe this is the reason she lied. More
Nobody likes to admit they’ve been played for a fool and they’ve given their trust and respect to people who don’t deserve it. It should come as no surprise to anyone that you’re on video everywhere, all th they’ve given their trust and respect to people who don’t deserve it. It should come as no surprise to anyone that you’re on video everywhere, all the time. I reviewed the complete video from my dash cam, complete with audio of course, and learned I’ve been being lied to all along and played for a stooge. Ever since day one the car has thrown random misfire codes. There’s been a supposed search for the remedy. Mystery sensors have been on order that take weeks to arrive. There’s never any update unless I push the issue, why? Because nothing has ever been on order! This appointment came along because I had some COD work I wanted done. That appointment was booked in record time! Then I was told the magical, elusive sensor was in! Everything could be done at the same time! Then I’m watching the video, and when they’re done with the work I was paying for, Bayard comes out and says to the tech, “Oh yeah, I thought I put it on the ticket but I forgot. He’s been having some random misfire codes. Can you look in Oasis and see if there’s anything?” There was never any xxxx sensor on order. He’s been lying to me all along. The tech leaves the car idling for an hour and then when Bayard comes back out says, “Everytime we deal with an intake we have this issue.” Bayard says, “Ok, that’s all I needed.” Then comes out and proceeds to continue lying to me. They had mentioned my aftermarket intake but it’s nothing near as radical as the Rousch intakes and doesn’t even require a tune. The problem existed before that but, I’ll take it off if they think that’s worth a try. I asked him about it. “Oh no, no. I’m not worried about that anymore!” he says. Continues to lie by telling me they’ll have to trace the wiring harness and, “it’ll take time. I mean time time.” Hoping either I or the problem dry up and blow away. “I’ll look at the schedule and get back to you with a time.” That was last Thursday. I haven’t heard anything and I won’t unless this gets to him. The thing that really irritates me is, there was no reason to lie to me. I like to think I’m very reasonable to deal with. I’ve been on that side of the fence. In another industry but still dealing with consumers and mechanical systems. I trusted Bayard and respected him. I drove an hour each way to keep dealing with him and Crossroads Ford of Indian trail. Too bad he didn’t respect that in return. My recall constantly shows open on my Explorer ST. The second $50K+ vehicle I purchased from Crossroads in 6 months. He says they fixed it and it’s because he left the ticket open and he’ll fix it. More xx, nothings changed. You could have gained service on 2 vehicles for life. Instead, you’ve made an adversary by lying for no reason. More
I love the no pressure atmosphere. Quinton did not try to “sell” me on anything, he provided information and let me sell myself. I appreciate that. Great experience.
