We drive almost an hour to check out a Bronco Sport we had seen online. There were Bronco Sports to be found closer to home, but this one had the exterior/interior color combination and the “extras” we wa had seen online. When we were less than 10 minutes out, I completed a form on the Crossroads website expressing an interest in the Bronco and within 2 minutes had a text from Lee Frost. When we arrived just a few minutes later Lee came out and greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that made us feel at ease. Long story short, we purchased the Bronco that day. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, fair, and pleasant. Highly recommend Crossroads Ford. Ask for Lee and tell him “Felicia sent me”! More
Although we didn't have an appointment, Lee took the time to stop what he was doing and talk with us, answering all of our questions. He followed up with everything he said he would do. My Maverick Lariat is a great little pickup. My salesman Roderick did a good job walking us through the process. However, the sales manager was not willing to honor the corporate incentive promised to people like me who ordered a 2023 model, but the order had to be rolled over to a 2024 model vehicle. The incentive was to freeze the price at 2023 levels. Sales manager stated that there was a time limit on that incentive, which expired at the end of calendar year 2023. Even though a lot of other Ford dealers have found a way to extend that expiration to the date of actual delivery, sales manager was not willing to do that. I called Ford Marketing Customer Service; they said they can often work with the dealer to effectively extend that deadline, so I'm hoping Crossroads will take advantage of that assistance and then deliver the incentive that was promised when I rolled over my Maverick order. More
