We had a pleasant experience at Crossroads Ford about a year ago with a recall on our 2004 Ford Escape, so when the time came to replace my 2001 Buick Century that was the first place we visited. Our intentions were not to purchase a vehicle on the first day of looking, but I found a really clean used Buick that I really liked so I enquired about it. The salesman I found was Kevin Wilson, and his friendly and calm demeanor made me very comfortable in dealing with him. There was never a pressure sale atmosphere. He worked very hard to give us the payment plan that we needed to fit our budget, which he did manage to get for us. The overall experience was pleasant and easy...not what I expect from a car dealership. We will most definitely be back. More

A few months later we were ready to get serious about looking to buy so I gave the Graeson a call to ask about a specific model. He was at work that day and said he actually had a one of that model he would like to show us. We went to the dealership and met up with him and still did not feel any pressure.
