My current vehicle needed some work done & I decided to trade it in. Some friends of mine from work had just bought 3 cars from Jerald & told me to go see him. We had a pleasant experience at Crossroads Ford about a year ago with a recall on our 2004 Ford Escape, so when the time came to replace my 2001 Buick Century that was the first place we visited. Our intentions were not to purchase a vehicle on the first day of looking, but I found a really clean used Buick that I really liked so I enquired about it. The salesman I found was Kevin Wilson, and his friendly and calm demeanor made me very comfortable in dealing with him. There was never a pressure sale atmosphere. He worked very hard to give us the payment plan that we needed to fit our budget, which he did manage to get for us. The overall experience was pleasant and easy...not what I expect from a car dealership. We will most definitely be back. More
