I previously purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from Dale Jarrett Ford. I used this dealership for all service. They contacted me to trade in my Escape - I went in and dealt with Danny Brown. He's a very likeable, personable guy who was friendly but not a high-pressure or stupid-tactic salesman. He was able to make the deal, and then Pat Oberer was my financing guy both times (love him!). The only things I would say to make it better would be to ensure your service department cleans up after themselves. My Escape came back numerous times with oil/grease/grime on the interior...they did once provide me a full detail after I complained. Thanks all! More
