She listened to me, and as a woman buyer, I felt I was treated with the same respect that any male buyer would've been. Lisa answered all my questions, and I loved her approach as a whole. I felt like Lisa and the team at Crossroads were working on my behalf, to make the deal that would work best for me. I felt like my satisfaction was top priority the entire time. I left with a new Ford Edge and a new respect for this car dealership! And their great customer service even continues after the sale! I previously purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from Dale Jarrett Ford. I used this dealership for all service. They contacted me to trade in my Escape - I went in and dealt with Danny Brown. He's a very likeable, personable guy who was friendly but not a high-pressure or stupid-tactic salesman. He was able to make the deal, and then Pat Oberer was my financing guy both times (love him!). The only things I would say to make it better would be to ensure your service department cleans up after themselves. My Escape came back numerous times with oil/grease/grime on the interior...they did once provide me a full detail after I complained. Thanks all! More
