We checked out other dealerships and other models and decided to get the Ford Flex Graeson recommended. He was very knowledgable about the different models and about the options on the Flex. He was also very helpful with our 2-year-old son as we filled out the paperwork (Graeson even took time to play with our son and get toys out of his own car to keep our son occupied). He is very professional and personable without being an overly-agressive salesman (which is what my husband and I were both dreading about buying a new car). Come on- we all know how they can be! Actually, I met Lisa Burch about four years ago and eventhough things did not work out for me at that time regarding trading in my vehicle, I still kept her card because of her overall friendly attitud eventhough things did not work out for me at that time regarding trading in my vehicle, I still kept her card because of her overall friendly attitude/service and outstanding professionalism (going above and beyond to assist with my particular situation).
