Went in for a new F-150. I wanted to see what my options where. I worked with Doug Benson. As most people know, buying a car is never a short process but Doug was fantastic. I Have owned my business for over 20 years and Patrick has always been my sales person. He has saved me money over the years by setting my trucks up to do the work load they are needed for I tend to drive has always been my sales person. He has saved me money over the years by setting my trucks up to do the work load they are needed for I tend to drive them til they reach 150 to 200,000 miles. he showed me how adding a maintenance program and a warranty program to cover my power train has saved me money. I had an engine go when i had 120,000 miles if cost me 100.00 the cost of my deductible to have a new engine installed the engine alone was 12,000.00 If you need someone who knows what you need and what will save you money go see Patrick. My son, his girlfriend and I were having lunch at DJ's dinner when I decided to test drive a 2013 Mustang GT. Danny Brown was the salesman that helped me. I fell in love with the car, but knew I couldn't afford it so I asked Danny to find me a Mustang that was in my price range. Before I knew it I was leaving CrossRoads in a beautiful Mustang that is now mine!!! Danny was very knowledgeable not only about the car and its features but also about moving through the buying process in a smooth manner. Greason McGaha and Bobby Wallace worked with me through a trade-in of my 2010 F150 Supercrew to a 2013 F150 Supercrew. I have purchased three vehicles at this location in the past ten years and just walked trade-in of my 2010 F150 Supercrew to a 2013 F150 Supercrew. I have purchased three vehicles at this location in the past ten years and just walked in to look at newer models. Greason showed me around and I found a vehicle I liked and Greason had my vehicle quickly appraised. He was very helpful in getting me every rebate available. Between Bobby and Greason we agreed on a fair trade in value. I was sure that I wanted to make the deal but my wife needed to be convinced that it was a great deal to trade a purchase. Greason had to sell the vehicle twice once my wife arrived his personality, professionalism and persistence to represent the company and us was a virtue we have not seen many salesman in the past. I have already recommended Greason and would definitely recommend Greason to any of my friends that are in the market for a new vehicle. After we left the dealership Grason kept in contact to insure all of the punch list promises were taken care off. He assisted me with a loaner as my new vehicle had the punch list items taken care of. He has also made follow up calls to insure we were completely happy with our purchase. More
