Glen went the extra mile (or ten....) to get the deal done and worked for months to find the right car, the best incentives, and ultimately the best time to buy. This dealership sets the standards for Ford Dealers. My journey started with an inquire on line about a Ford Focus for my wife. With in a few minutes I had received both a reply on line and a phone call My journey started with an inquire on line about a Ford Focus for my wife. With in a few minutes I had received both a reply on line and a phone call from the dealership. We then setup an appointment to look at the car. We live an hour and half away from the dealership. When we arrived, were greeted by Doug Benson Sales Consultant and Bobby Wallace General Sales Manger. We were immediately impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Doug then pulled the car from the lot upfront for us to inspect. He then went over all the options on the car and he answered all the question that we had. He made sure that the car was the one we wanted. We then went back in side with Bobby and finalized the deal. We were then introduced to Pat Oberer Finance Manger. Pat went over all of the options and we made a choice. There was never a moment in the entire process that we felt like were pressured. Doug then went over all the controls on the car with my wife and synced her phone with the car. Doug called the next business day to see if everything was OK and to answer any questions that we had about the car. He once again said to call him and E-mail him if we had any questions or any issues with the car. This will be my first stop when I decide to purchase another vehicle, friendly knowledgeable staff at good price. It's hard to beat that. More

We purchased a 2012 vehicle from this dealership in May of 2013. Although the original buying experience was not all that horrible & the staff are friendly & courteous, the dealership does not stand behin of 2013. Although the original buying experience was not all that horrible & the staff are friendly & courteous, the dealership does not stand behind the vehicles that they sell! We have owned the vehicle for 10 months and it has been in the shop 6 times for major repairs. I contacted the dealership by phone twice to see if someone was willing to speak to me regarding this matter over the phone no call back. Husband and I went by the dealership today to see if we could speak to a manager or someone regarding this issue. They introduced us to me very nice sales lady, who apparently was not speaking the same language we were. We spent the DAY with them trying to get them to understand we wanted to offer the opportunity to make a deal gone wrong, right. The dealership was more interested in selling us a new vehicle twice the price of our current vehicle. We made it very clear from the get go we only were interested in a collateral swap. We never met the management they never even bothered to apologize for selling us a lemon. The sales lady maintained that they sold us the vehicle in good conscience. Although most of the issues with the vehicle have been electronic, the dead battery after 3 weeks, front end alignment after 2 months and the new set of tires required because of the misalignment all should have been things fixed on the vehicle before it ever hit the lot. We walked away very disappointed and disgusted and will not go back to crossroads ford nor will we refer anyone for further business. Our only recourse now will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing the North Carolina lemon law. More
