While at first I did feel pressured to make a quick decision, th Went in to get my previous Fusion serviced and decided I needed to look at a new car. While at first I did feel pressured to make a quick decision, the team ultimately understood and was accommodating to my reasons during the negotiation process. It ended up being an all-day affair (who is ever thrilled about that), yet Jerald was pleasant, funny and easy to relate to. He got the car on the showroom floor I had picked out for me to test drive and showed me the new Sync features, helping me decide between the new Ford Fusion Platinum and loaded SE. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but more importantly took me through the technology which I had the most questions about. The thing I liked the most about working with Jerald is that he is a sincerely nice guy, joking with me throughout the process. I'd recommend him to a car shopper in the future.
