From the guy who runs the place to the service tech to the sales manager to the sales guys/gals...it was a pleasure getting to know these folks. Rod Hunter, Davon, Justin, Jabbar, Cornell, Pat and Baird were all outstanding. Justin, the dealership manager runs this spot with precision and his military upbringing and deep midwest roots are obvious, apparent and influential throughout the organization. Rod was a fact based sales person with the best interests of his customer in mind at all times. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I was having problems with another area Ford dealer giving me the time of day let alone a price on a truck. So after two weeks of trying to get those I was having problems with another area Ford dealer giving me the time of day let alone a price on a truck. So after two weeks of trying to get those guys on the phone I decided to try somewhere else and called Crossroads Ford. Right from the start they had a different more friendly tone. So they set me up with Chris Powe and within 30min after telling him what I was looking for he called me back with the same truck I left with that night!
