I walked in, Evan was busy, but the 2 on the left just kind of were in their own world (1 guy, 1 lady). The one guy just stared straight ahead and looked like he wanted to be shot. I wasn't even spoken to until Evan was off off the phone. Very awkward experience at the beginning. They need to lighten up and greet customers or at least acknowledge someone is standing there waiting for help. My rating of 1 star for Friendliness is because of those 2 and not anyone else. More
