They helped me get out of a vehicle and into a vehicle I had only dreamed of getting

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very nice and answered all my questions. The salesman (Archie) was very helpful thru out the entire purchasing process.

This dealership was the most unorganized and unethical dealer I’ve ever worked with! There finance guy would call me and have me confused with other customers. The paperwork was wrong on two separate occasions that I had to catch. The DMV title paperwork identified the wrong color and the contract identified the wrong financial institution. I purchased from out of state and had it delivered to another Cross Roads Ford near me. I was promised a full tank of gas and a detailed vehicle. Once I went to pick up the Bronco it was only a half tank and full of crumbs from the delivery driver. I also received videos of vehicle before purchasing that clearly had floor mats and upon delivery the vehicle didn’t have any floor mats. I highly recommend you take your business somewhere else!

I was very pleased with the repair work and the communication during the time my vehicle was worked on. Dealer went out of its way to please the customer. Great experience.
