Austin proved to be deeply knowledgeable as to the features of the car and patiently answered our many questions before, during, and after our extensive (45 minutes or more over back country roads) test drive and was helpful in getting the car set up to our exact desires. He spent a lot of time at vehicle delivery making sure we understood the many functions of the "avionics" the car was equipped with (we bought a load of high tech goodies). More

Never in my life did I ever think, dream, or imagine that I would be driving a Mercedes. My husband & I were car shopping. On a whim we stopped at CrossRoads Mercedes and saw a used, low-milage, red convertible. We were greeted by Max Hardy and before I knew it we were test driving the car. It was love at first acceleration! We sat down with Max Hardy, Gene Schott, & Clayton Mardis. A fair price was negotiated for the car, and a fair price was offered for our trade-in. Since going from a 2000 Honda Civic to a 2008 Mercedes convertible was a quantum leap for me, I needed time to think. No problem. The next day we returned to CrossRoads and closed the deal. The car was immediately prepped & polished, and the gas tank filled. Max went over all the car's features before we left. Two days later we returned to the dealership with a few questions. We were welcomed with smiles and treated with the utmost courtesy. Every issue was addressed. We are very happy customers. Would we recommend CrossRoads? Absolutely!!! More
