I have been driving Lexus, because those are reliable, and Lexus dealership appear to be professional and treat you fairly well, I mean as an owner of luxes vehicle. Fortunately, he does use email and text, and he replies fairly quickly. This is very helpful if you are busy and alway hustle to catch your sale rep. in the middle of work. You also don't need to try telling some 22 digit numbers and/or explaining color or something "hard to describe issues" over the phone.
