Dean, was there on the spot each time I dropped off with a question on the many options this car offered. He actually did the work to set up my Sat. radio and Emergency "On Star" to get them activated. I a question on the many options this car offered. I was having problem with getting the garage door calibrated and he offered to come to my home which is about 40 miles from the dealership - I was able to get it set up after a few helpful tips from him. During my first visit they stayed for more that an hour past their closing time. They didn't even have a car in stock in Roanoke with the options I wanted and they drove down two different cars from their other branch to match my choices. Just spectacular!! Chris Jones and Chris Pfeiffer have been also so responsive not only to phone calls but also by emails and even texting. They are so so friendly and you'd just feel that they're really friends. Chris Jones was really so patient and helpful and we were texting/emailing each other all the way from picking a car to delivery day so that was really so convenient. For the test drive also he was so knowledgable and during delivery too, he walked us thoroughly through all the car bells and whistles which were really a lot for a fully loaded C-Class and he was so friendly and patient for us to take the time to compile everything. Just amazing! I would consider myself really so difficult to deal with in buying specially when it comes to cars and I do really recommend doing the deal with this amazing team. More

We had to replace both of our cars, so we had been to a lot of dealers in two weeks. We had been through a horrible experience the week before, buying my car, and were dreading going to talk to more used lot of dealers in two weeks. We had been through a horrible experience the week before, buying my car, and were dreading going to talk to more used car salesmen, who had lived up to the bad reputation. We decided to go early and get it over with. We arrived, after an hours drive, and were greeted pleasantly at the door. They sent us to the proper person, Chris Jones, and he showed us the car. It was all ready to go, and after we drove it, we liked it a lot. My husband, however, makes decisions slowly, with much care and consideration. Chris Pfeiffer worked up all the information on the financing, and printed out a detailed report breaking down the price, all the associated fees, taxes, etc, so Bill knew exactly what he was deciding on. They listened when Bill said he wanted to think about it. They both understood why Bill wanted to have time to make the decision, and were happy to let us go, with the assurance that if we decided to get the car, they would bring it to us. The entire time we were there, we had pleasant conversations with both of them, we were treated well, with respect. They did not try to pressure us into making a decision we were not ready to make and showed us an alternative car, proving to us they had listened and heard Bill's thoughts and reservations. We talked all the way home about what a wonderful experience it was. We came away feeling confident, that they felt good about the cars they were selling, and that made us feel good about buying one. I know this is long, but this was a truly wonderful experience. As soon as I got home, I posted on facebook, how thrilled we were with Crossroads of Roanoke, and you are at the top of our list if we need another car.
