My overall experience at was at CrossRoads of Roanoke was great! Everyone there was courteous and kind. I love my car and I really love the price I got it for! I found my car online and the price was to low but CrossRoads still honored the price for me. So I drove 5.5 hours to come get the car and I of course had to drive the car back, but when I asked for if I get a tank a gas for my trip back I was told that the company would of provided me with gas if I would have purchased a brand new car i would gotten the gas but because my car was used.. No gas. Also there was an electrical issue with car and I was simple it was a simple fix but it wasn't. I still would recommend the dealership. More

I started looking to purchase another vehicle about 6 months ago. I met Max at the dealership and was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and courtesy and lack of "undo" pressure (realizing tha months ago.
