Best Service Department Team Crater Lake Ford took care of me when I blew a tire (road hazard) in spite of me purchasing my Black Label Nautilus out of state. From the time I was Crater Lake Ford took care of me when I blew a tire (road hazard) in spite of me purchasing my Black Label Nautilus out of state. From the time I was towed until my tire and wheel were ordered, received and mounted they went out of their way to take care of me. Jim Hassler and Trevor Sullivan are rock stars.
