*** NO SERVICE *** The dealership is two blocks from my house, so it is very convenient - but they are horrible when it comes to service. They don't answer the phone for the service department due to high volumes - and don't call you back when you leave a message. You have to physically go to the service department to get a status. Their website has a contact link which includes "Live Chat" and "Send an Email" - but when you select them the list changes to contact new car sales or used car sales - no service. More
