There is a negative culture that has formed at Covert. Mick is the exception. When I pulled up no one gave eye contact, or said welcome, be with you in a minute, etc. Basic customer greeting is typically Mick is the exception. I was very pleased with time of service, check out, truck pickup. Young man at cashier window was excellent. Greeting customers in a positive way helps imprint them in a positive way. This helps with tension created when bill ends up higher than initially stated; a common experience I have had a Covert. More
