Let me start by saying that my mom helped me get a new car because I was having some financial problems. We eamiled the sales department regarding a GMC Terrain they had on the lot and Richard White was t car because I was having some financial problems. We eamiled the sales department regarding a GMC Terrain they had on the lot and Richard White was the sales rep who called us back. We went in and he was very helpful and non-pushy. He wanted to get us in a car that we liked and that we could afford, because price was our bottom line. He took us around to several vehicles that were in our price range and took us out on test drives. He was very sweet and non-assuming. Our experience up until we get into the sales office was great! But here came Rob Corbin, I'm sorry but he was an a**. He started hitting on my mom and then looks at me and says, "ha, ha, do you think it's funny when guys hit on your mom?" I am 30 years old and my mom is 55, we know what's up. Rob never listened to either my mom or myself. When he quoted us a price and the payment amount, I wanted to call my husband to make sure that the payment was something we could handle. As soon as I get on the phone he yells, "Tell your dad that I'll throw in 3 car washes!" Seriously??? Are you listening to me? I said "my husband." Rob upsales the extended warranty and we bite, because it's too good to pass up. But when we get into the finance office Doug Burroughs can't give us the price that Rob quotes??? I'm confused! And then on top of it he didn't have any of the paperwork ready so we had to sit there while he printed everything out and he chewed his gum like a he was a cow chewing some cud. Overall, I am pleased with my car and Richard White, but the Sales Manager and Finace guy I would say have a few things to learn about customer service. More
I prefer to do all my service dealings with Andy Reeves. He has always been a really true Customer Service Person. When I need my vehicles serviced I call and request to speak with Andy as he is the only one I prefer to deal with. I have nothing bad to say about any Courtesy employee. I just prefer to deal with Andy because of the fact from my first dealing with the service department, I got to deal with him, and he did nothing but impress me and treat me with nothing but the best. He needs to be commented because he gives customers the feeling that the only dealership to due business with is Courtesy. Keep up the personal and customer committment to great service and treatment. thnak you Andy. More
Tom, Harold and Matt were very helpful when my husband and I went to Courtesy Chevrolet just checking on our options. They never were pushy, on the other hand,they were very understanding with what we needed, which was an economic car that could serve our family needs. They understood that at this point we needed lots of help getting the best rate. They were patient when showing us the different cars we were interested in checking. We never imagine that they could work miracles in our favor. The financial person was also great. Her great personality and experience worked miracles. She asked a lot of questions that we thought were not important, however, her questions worked to our favor.Example: she asked about our rental income, that helped us increase our income. Harold, Matt and Tom worked together as a team to make our experience one of the best. We never felt pressure, on the contrary we felt that your staff care for their customers. Tom has made us come back to Courtesy due to his professionalis.Everytime we brought our avalanch the staff in service dept.were great to us.I am positive that the next time We purchase a vehicle it would be from Courtesy Chevrolet. i bought a car from them almost a month ago and just this morning my battery on this car kept dying wouldn't hold a charge so i went there and told them about it they fist were saying that they might this morning my battery on this car kept dying wouldn't hold a charge so i went there and told them about it they fist were saying that they might not be able to help me cause batteries aren't covered so i was about to walk out and be done with it. but he came back to talk to me and told me that they would do it free of charge. I am new to San Diego and I was having serious issues with my Corvette and I had to get them solved immediately so I went to Courtesy Chevrolet and Dale was the employee that helped me. Dale gave a very with my Corvette and I had to get them solved immediately so I went to Courtesy Chevrolet and Dale was the employee that helped me. Dale gave a very accurate time line of when my car would be fixed and was very helpful with questions that I had. He could tell I was stressed about the situation and was very considerate of that. I am recommending Dale to everyone I know that needs their car serviced. Dale is the only employee I am going to in the future to get my car worked on and I will refuse to talk with anyone else. Before going into the dealership I looked around the lot and was immediately impressed by the variety of vehicles on display. I walked into the office and noticed every sales consultant working; making phon and was immediately impressed by the variety of vehicles on display. I walked into the office and noticed every sales consultant working; making phone calls to customers or doing some other task. However, I was greeted immediately and everyone nearby was helpful. The assistant manager was available and couldn't have been nicer. Car dealerships can be intimidating because of the amount of money involved when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at Courtesy Chevrolet made me feel comfortable and helped me truly believe in their "total confidence pricing" guarantee. I would recommend everyone to Courtesy out of the five Chevy dealers in a 45 minute radius. More
Andy is always very friendly and tries his best to accommodate me. I only want to deal with him when I come in for a service. That being said Harold Knotts was extremely relaxed and helpful. All in all its a good dealership and I would recommend Courtesy Chevrolet. More
