My car was fixed and delivered washed and shiny, ahead of schedule. I was very impressed that Rafael was able to keep track of several things at once, and in both Spanish and English. Took our 2010 Equinox in for 50,000 mile service. Raphael outlined our options, gave us his recomendations, and let us deciede on the service level we wanted. I was picked up by the courtesy shuttle and driven to the dealership to pick up the car. The shuttle driver (Anthony) was friendly and a safe driver. Upon picking up the car, it was returned washed and clean inside. Almost no waiting for the car after the bill was settled. Overall I continue to be happy with the service provided by Courtesy Chevrolet, and MY service advisor Raphael. More
