I first went in to look on the 4th of July. I initially met with one person and was than passed off to Harold. At first I was like okay, not really looking to buy so I can work with who ever. Once I star met with one person and was than passed off to Harold. At first I was like okay, not really looking to buy so I can work with who ever. Once I started working with Harold I was more and more getting into the buying mode. I was going to return to look at another vehicle that had yet to be made ready to show. I called Harold and informed him that I had run some numbers and didn't think I would be able to purchase a vehicle at this time. Harold didn't push or force. He just said that he was here for me when I felt I was ready. On the 13th of July, I sent Harold a text asking if he had a different vehicle in stock. He said he would check and get back to me. I was already on the road so, I decided to stop by and see. Harold had just pulled the vehicle up that I had inquired about. I really wasn't to sure if I was going to even buy at this time, I just wanted to see the vehicle. After a couple of hours of going back and forth I decided to go for it. Harold reminded me about what customer service is all about. It isn't about being pushy and forcing the person to make a decision, it is about helping the customer find what works for them and helping them through the process of buying a vehicle. More

I came to this dealership after trying a different Chevy dealer where their service advisor was very rude and wouldn't tell me what was going on with my car, and let me assure of the BIG difference in custo dealer where their service advisor was very rude and wouldn't tell me what was going on with my car, and let me assure of the BIG difference in customer service at Courtesy Chevrolet. I have been working with Larry and couldn't be happier, although I need to drive a little more compared to the other dealer, it is worth it! My car needed some warranty repairs and everything was taken care of, Larry is very friendly and always answers all of my questions and describes the work that will be done. Both times my car was ready on time - actually ahead of schedule, which was a plus! The customer service I've received from everyone at this dealership is great, I definitely recommend Larry and his team. More
I visited Courtesy Auto today to get a replacement keyless remote and the employees I came in contact with sure lived up to the name of the dealership. The parts person, Jessica Miller, first assisted me and went the extra mile for me to find a technition that could help me with programing the remote and then personally walked me over to the repair area. She was extremely personable and also looked up the price of the running boards for my model. Because I was there near closing it looked like I was going to be disappointed and not be able to get my new remote programmed. That is when Rafael Ramirez appeared out of nowhere and saved the day. Just as one of the other employees was explaining that I would need to come back to have it programmed, Rafael came over and volunteered to do the programming. Rafael did an excellent job and obviously knew what he was doing because he was able to get it done in less than 10 minutes. Because I only bought my car yesterday I didn't know anything about how the controls on the dash worked so I asked Rafeal. He very patiently explained how the controls work to me and took all the mystery out of operating the features of my new car. Rafael made me feel like a very welcome and valued customer. I am very pleased to write this positive review about Rafeal because it is so rare nowadays to recieve great customer service and to find employees at any business who actually know what they are doing and can do so efficiently.
