I received a letter in the mail a few days prior to my visit saying they wanted to buy my truck from me. When he asked me how much I was willing to spend, I did not give him much to work with for a monthly payment. I still worked with me and when Rob came up, he was able to get me a great price and great monthly payment price. This was a great experience overall and I am very glad that I went to this dealership to trade in my truck. I do not think that I would have had the same experience anywhere else. More

Was contact 11/2 and was told bank wanted more money, ask them what happened to deal I signed. Told them did not have more money, and was ask if I could get til first week in December, was told no. So now I have to tell me kids and my friends that the truck was a lemon and gave it back, so to save my embarrassment. In the mean time will make sure every social media site, I am a member on knows not to visit your this dealership. Some policy allowed to leave with truck without them having a concrete deal in place. In hopes that if they need more money, I would agree as I already have the truck. Will be taking my big bonus check in December, and business somewhere else. And if that was not enough I sent and email last night and told them I would be there around 10:30 and if they could have my car up front and ready so I did want to have to wait around, I get there I was told sorry did not get that message, so I had to wait for 15-20 minutes, to add to my frustration return their truck with a 1/4 tank of gas and over the 2 weeks time I had the truck put around $200 in gas, and I pick up my car and I have no gas, So I ask them about that and they say, that's how we got it, some dealership. Don’t go to this dealership, and if you do be aware of their shady tactics. More

I have given 5's all across the board because I was impressed with the entire experience. I went to a few other car lots and felt I was treated rude and unfairly.
