We went to another dealership in S. San Diego, and we found the car we liked. We were prepared to buy a new vehicle, but the sales manager attitude was horrible! Carlos Zuniga, accompanied by a few others made feel at home and helped me hammer out an agreement on my newly owed Rx-8 without breaking the bank. Not an easy feat with someone that is a first time buyer with REALLY bad credit. They work aggressively to ensure I had the best deal possible and then some. I made out with a steal thanks to them. To conclude my experience there, I just remembered reading their motto on the wall it was something in the lines of "Great customer satisfaction." I couldn't have agreed more. You know how you walk in a dealership and the sale men are super pushy, well that wasn't the case he showed us around, answered any question we had, and we ended up finding a car that my husband I both really loved. When we went in the next day to start on the paper work they really were helpful and determined to get us in this car thank god :) over all we ended up getting the Car yay :) thanks to Mike and everyone around him who made us feel so comfortable. Both Rob and Joe were very friendly and helpful. They worked with my family and I to help us get drive away with the car that day. They even pulled the car into the show room so that she did not have to walk all the way outside to see it. The only negative was that their computer system crashed in the middle of my transaction. They wrote me up a guarantee that changes would be made once their PC tech came in the following day so they could correct some discounts. They followed through (I just had worries since car dealers tend to be shady) and I had a revised contract that was actually a few bucks less than I agreed to (no argument form me there!) More

While looking at all the iventory the dealership had, Mr. Alavez made us feel like we were apart of the Courtesy Chevrolet family. Once we choose the vehicle we liked we where appproched by Rob to go over our payment plan. Rob was also helpful in getting us the type of payment that we required to fit our family budget. My Wife and I are so glad we went to Courtesy Chevrolet our overall satisfaction with the staff was excellent. They really go out of their way to help you. More
