Peter was very helpful NOT a high pressure salesperson. We ended up purchasing the 3.6R instead of the 4 cyl. we were looking at. We had driven the 4 in the past but liked the color of a 3.6R on the lot, Peter offered us a test drive of the 6. After taking a long drive we picked the 3.6R . We traded in our 9 yr old Outback and I feel that we got a fair deal. I would highly recommend Peter Vatousiou at Beard if you are looking for a replacement vehicle. Also Chris DaCosta in financial is another very pleasant low key member of the Beard team. They made the total experience enjoyable , unlike other dealers I have visited where you feel like a seal in with the sharks. More

Knowledgeable sales person responsive to our needs & budget Peter Vatousiou, our sales person, met our high expectations for Beard Subaru based upon the servicing of three Subaru cars and the purchase of a Fore Peter Vatousiou, our sales person, met our high expectations for Beard Subaru based upon the servicing of three Subaru cars and the purchase of a Forester. Mr.Vatousiou showed us several cars, determined our approximate budget, and led us to the car we ultimately purchased, an Impreza. This was all done very low key without any sales pressure whatsoever, while providing information about the car model and the car itself. Because of our successful experiences with Beard Subaru,. we would certainly recommend the dealership for the purchase a new or used car and for follow up service.. And, we would suggest calling ahead to be sure that Mr.Vatousiou was your sales representative. More
Great deal without pressure George Costa. Listened to what I wanted and found a car that had the price, year,model and mileage that I wanted I was able to trade in my car and it George Costa. Listened to what I wanted and found a car that had the price, year,model and mileage that I wanted I was able to trade in my car and it took only from Sunday to the following Friday to drive away with my "new to me car." George brought my attention to the visibility which is very important to me but I had not thought of. I felt that I was in a convertible when the sun roof was open. Chris gave us great advice about the extended warrantee that covers parts not covered by the 7year/100,000 mile. With all the new electronics it makes sense to protect yourself. We calculated that it was a great deal so now for 7years I am well covered. All accomplished in a very friendly atmosphere without any pressure. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. My daughter, who was with me, was impressed with the efficiency and organization of signing and passing the papers with Chris de Costa. Great car-buying experience I purchased an Outback from Beard Subaru on June 28th. I had test driven a Forester and been on-line for a quote on an Outback with other dealerships. I was looking at Beard's Inventory on-line that morning and went in to see a particular model that seemed to be offered at a very good price. My sales representative was Peter Vatousiou. He found the vehicle I was interested in and was very knowledgeable about it's features. When it came time for a test drive he suggested we go over to my husband's place of business which was nearby, and see if my husband could join us. I thought this was a great idea because my husband and I were always so busy on weekends we never had much time to look for a new car. Peter answered all our questions. My husband loved the car. Back in the showroom, Peter offered me a great value on my trade-in and they honored the internet price of the new vehicle. Peter was great on everything from start to finish and smoothed out the buying and pick-up process. He got all our accessories added in a timely fashion over a holiday week, and we couldn't be more happy with our purchase. Peter was very genuine and handled all my concerns as if they were his own. I would highly recommend him. He was very helpful, and he was able to make me an excellent offer. That's a good combination, so it turned out great for us. More

Didn't know buying a car could be like this Saturday morning my family went to check out a Subaru Outback at Beard Subaru. We were only there about 2 minutes before George Costa came over to see Saturday morning my family went to check out a Subaru Outback at Beard Subaru. We were only there about 2 minutes before George Costa came over to see if we had any questions. We talked about the different trim levels on the Forester & Outback (we originally were interested in a Forester) George thought it was best that we test drive the Limited Outback immediately, he never asked us for our licenses or our last name. I found this to be extremely trustworthy. After he went over a couple guidelines about the car we were going to be driving I insisted that he take the keys to our 4Runner so he could check it out. So off we went, it was so much nicer than our current vehicle was, comfortable, handled great, awesome interior, just an all around great car. After we got back we went in to talk, this wasn't your normal dealership, there weren't salesmen hanging around the sales department like ants waiting for customers to prey on. I think I saw one or two other sales associates but they were keeping busy. George had a very pleasant personality that both my wife and I enjoyed. We sat down and began the talk, now let me start by saying we have purchased 6 cars in the past 9 years, I think this gives us a little experience in dealerships. George didn't have to search for a desk for us to deal at, he had his very own personal desk, all of the sales associates did! I have to say before I forget that when we talked when we first met I told George that I read about the Outback on Consumer Reports, his eyes lit up and he said he agreed with Consumer Reports. He had a table top brochure from Consumer Reports which showed where the Subaru vehicles ranked against other vehicles. The tough talk began, "how much will you give us for our 4RUNNER"? You never get what you think your car is worth, the average person forgets the amount of money the dealer needs to invest into used cars in order to get them "showroom ready". I too was having this problem, but after talking to Dan Stewart I felt much better about the deal he was giving us, I was also glad to get out of the lease I was in and get back to owning a vehicle. We unfortunately had to come back on Monday to finish up the paperwork with Chris DaCosta another fantastic employee here at Beard Subaru. I have told George that I am planning on encouraging everyone I know to come here not just for great cars but outstanding service. You always need to remember you can have a great product but if you don't have service you have nothing. We look forward to returning to Beard Subaru even if it is just for service on our new Outback. We feel like we made new friends this past weekend, thank you George, Dan & Chris More

He was polite and helpful and even funny. I am very happy with my new Outback and will definitely recommend Beard Subaru AND, of course, Rob Wayburn.
