The two women Heidi and Ellen were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They showed knowledge were very efficient in getting my paperwork done and followed up with the issues and timing of the work being done and helpful. Brought the car in and everyone was very friendly and professional. The waiting room was comfortable with complimentary coffee and snacks. I ordered parts which the parts room didn’t order. I showed up as scheduled for my appointment and just got denials, Fail. Then I got charged $150 for an oil change and a tire rotation. How am I supposed to rate the quality of the work right after I get the car back? Most quality problems don't show up for a while. More
