I came to this dealership to buy a used car. I test drove a few, and found one I liked. Over the next few weeks, the salesman, George Costa, and I negotiated a price via email. When I went to buy the car, the sale price on my financing paperwork was $2100 over what we had discussed. In addition to the inflated price, my deposit was not accounted for anywhere. I almost didn’t notice because the experience was so hectic, and much more emphasis was put on the monthly payment rather than the exorbitant $495 documentation fee or the actual price of the car. George and his associates used a classic bait and switch tactic on me with hopes of overcharging me and pocketing the difference. When I noticed at the last second, the price was changed to what I had previously negotiated, and the dealership pretended as though it were a “mistake” or “miscommunication”. Easy enough to do pretend it was a mistake once you’ve been caught red handed. It’s the definition of a scam - they take advantage of your lack of knowledge about the process, distract you with too many variables, pressure you into buying extended warranties, and switch the numbers right under your nose. I wonder how many folks have been ripped off by this corrupt dealership. Managers Bryan Scarpellini and Justin Phillips were defensive and unhelpful. I have reported this dealership, and I hope that they are investigated for consumer fraud. I do not recommend doing business here. More

Great service, unlike at Premier Mazda Great service from Prime Subaru. They gave us a loaner and knocked 20% off the bill, even though we didn't buy our car there. The Outback had been maintained at the dealership and we were very confident that we were getting an excellent - well maintained vehicle. We live about 90 miles away and the dealership employee couriered the paperwork for us to sign and offered to deliver the car. The fact that they will deliver the car is an awesome help. Everyone we met at Prime has been fantastic. Really good people that take a lot of pride in their dealerships. When we took delivery of the car, the car looked brand new! Clearly, high standards in place for everything they do from sales to service. They made a loyal customer of us. I highly recommend. More
