Review of buying a new car George was great. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about his product. He explained contracts and options to us being sure we understood. Chris too wa George was great. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about his product. He explained contracts and options to us being sure we understood. Chris too was well versed in the finances available to us and took the time to check for answers to our questions. George did his utmost best to get us a fair price for our car. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with George not only his Subaru knowledge but just getting to k now him as a person and what interests him (his family, new house and golf!). We wish him the best on all parts of his busy life and thank him for making a car purchase as painless as possible! More
felt like we were an inconvenience so we got the grand opening letter with a trade value for our car "your car will never be worth this much again" So my wife and I packed up our ki so we got the grand opening letter with a trade value for our car "your car will never be worth this much again" So my wife and I packed up our kids and went in to get some pricing. We had to take here car because of the car seats already being installed in it, brought the flier, a photo of the odometer reading and wanted to get prices on a new lease with 10k miles/year and the numbers they gave us on the sheet that was mailed to me. Our salesman couldn't give us a quote unless someone put their hands on the vehicle. He couldn't even use the numbers that your dealership gave us to provide a hypothetical quote. Then we find out that the value printed in large, bold font was not accurate due to the mileage of the vehicle. I even showed the email from another Subaru dealer saying that they would match the total on my sheet, even with the miles on the car. Still, no hypothetical quote. I get that this decision was out of our salesman's hands and I do not hold him accountable at all for that. Just a dumb store policy. I ended up buying my car at the other Subaru dealer. We could not even get a quote on a new vehicle without my car being there, our kids ages 2 years and 3 weeks were shushed twice because they wanted to film someone in the show room. Our son was having fun playing with the balloon that was given to him by someone at your event, and our daughter was hungry. Upon showing up one of your sales staff threw those snappers that POP as soon as they hit the ground, and had thrown them right at our feet and our baby stroller. The two people there that we knew personally treated us normally and were great, but everyone else there had the most fake attitude I have ever seen. More

6000 mile first service on new vehicle My first service with this dealer was for a 6000 mile required oil change. I had a scheduled appointment In addition I had a sensor problem with my Tire Pressure sensors I waited 2 1/2 hours for the car, the tech told me they checked for nails in the tires (it’s a sensor issue and I would have to come back and leave the car for an extended time), and they initially charged me $120 even though I had a coupon for $80 (they corrected this error) On my way home, the Sensors shut off again I have no choice but to return to this dealer at least for now Very poor way to get customer loyalty Hopefully the service department can improve to the level of their excellent sales dept More

I was mistakenly over billed but the shop manager took time to go through the parts and labor item by item to figure out the problem. My bill was adjusted accordingly. Car runs fine so far so it seems the repair was successful. Will use Prime again. More

Friendly and efficient Customer intake was easy, friendly, relaxed but service was efficient.
