I was very pleased with Jason Clark and the dealership in the buying of our used 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I would have been extremely pleased if the vehicle would have been cleaned better before we drove o the buying of our used 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I would have been extremely pleased if the vehicle would have been cleaned better before we drove off the lot with this Jeep. They sprayed the tires with tire brite and if they tried to use it on the bumpers they did a horrible job. We found something in different compartments that should not have been in any compartments. There was something spilled and crusted up on the back seat that wasn't cleaned. We drove a couple different Jeeps and was treated with respect and friendliness. The one vehicle we did buy had the service engine light come on after I started the vehicle while we drove the other vehicle they check what was wrong and being the battery was so low it had tripped the service engine light. My experience at Community chrysler was good but attention to the little things might need to be addressed. Thanks to all at Community Chrysler. Happy Holidays More
I saw a couple of vehicles that I wanted to look at on website. I was looking for dependable used vehicle since I had just totaled my 2000 Tracker. I drive 210 miles a day back and forth to work. I saw a website. I was looking for dependable used vehicle since I had just totaled my 2000 Tracker. I drive 210 miles a day back and forth to work. I saw a Kia Sportage that I liked because it had four wheel drive and I was planning ahead for winter. It had a check engine light when I started it. I assumed it was the gas cap like I had experienced with my Tracker. I went to test drive it. It was on E and George gave me money to put some gas in it. I drove it thro ugh town. I noticed the turn signals did not work and the rear brakes were grinding. I pointed out the turn signals not working and George said probably just a fuse and asked them to do something for me. They lowered the price by $50. I purchased it and they included a 3 month / 3000 mile warranty on the drive-train and the engine with a $250 deductible at their cost. I drove it home and noticed air noise around the rear passenger door. When I got home I changed the rear brakes. I checked the fuses and several were missing including the turn signal fuse. I put in a new fuse for the turn signal and they worked. I pressed against the rear passenger door and it moved in and out about2 inches. I tried to get it to four wheel and it did not work. I raised the hood and noticed several bolts missing and what looked like sealer on different items. I took it to Autozone to run the codes for the check engine light. The codes were cylinder 3 misfire, coolant fan sensor, and two other codes. I called and they had me bring it in. They said the four wheel was covered under drive-train but nothing else was. They fixed the four wheel drive in about 3 hrs. I left and my turn signals did not work again. I found the fuse was blown. I put in plugs and wires to fix the misfire. I went to get the check engine codes reset. When I went to leave, it was dusk so I turned on the headlights and they did not work. I also found out there is no air bag in steering wheel and the horn does not work either. Who knows what else will be wrong with it. Only way I would ever buy again from them is if I could take the vehicle to a mechanic that had a full day to go through it from top to bottom. I can't believe a dealer would sell a vehicle that unsafe. More

I drove a little over 80 miles to Community Chrysler to get a newer vehicle. Steve Felton met me out in the lot and brought me in to check what I could afford and what I wanted to pay. They had a place for get a newer vehicle. Steve Felton met me out in the lot and brought me in to check what I could afford and what I wanted to pay. They had a place for the kids to play which was out of the way and enclosed. Once the finances were figured out we looked at vehicles. When we came in to do the paperwork they gave the kids some popcorn and a soda pop. Everyone that I encountered that day was very polite and friendly. The kids actually had an enjoyable time and I drove home in an extremely nice Durango at a price I wanted to pay. I am very pleased with my visit. More
I contacted Community after unsuccessful negotiations with my local Jeep dealer for a new Grand Cherokee. Unlike the other dealers we went to they understood what we wanted to pay and worked furiously t with my local Jeep dealer for a new Grand Cherokee. Unlike the other dealers we went to they understood what we wanted to pay and worked furiously to get to that price. Much of the deal making occurred via email and phone conversations. So, once we came in to the dealer there was no delay in fleshing out all of the final numbers and getting the car we absolutely loved ready to go home with us. It was quite refreshing to have a dealer understand what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. They were straight shooting the whole time which was greatly appreciated. These things do not go unnoticed and we will deal with them again in the future. More

I received I have been patiently searching for an SUV that would tow a horse trailer for about a year. I had looked online at multiple dealerships. I received an email out of the blue from Hector wanting to know if I was ready to trade in my vehicle as they were looking for trades rather than buy from an auction. I responded with what I was looking for. Hector sent me 3 vehicles to look over. I indicated my preference and we set up a time. Due to my busy work schedule and the holiday weekend it was over a week before we could actually meet. I had been by the dealership and looked at the vehicle and wanted to test drive. I arrived at the dealership and Hector made sure the Aspen was brought up and also noticed that there had been a price change to that vehicle in the last few days. He assured me that our previous price was still available. The salesman let me drive the vehicle to my house for my husband to inspect as well. I had test driven several vehicles at different dealerships and never been shown the respect and trust that everyone at Community gives to their customers. Every person that I came in contact with was friendly and genuine. I was amazed to deal with people concerned with helping me, not making that commission. I am referring this dealership to everyone I know! Great job!!! More
I found a car at this dealer while in afghanistan. When I got home to the states after car was delivered, I was highly pissed off to see what a piece of crap that I had got. When I first seen the car on thei got home to the states after car was delivered, I was highly pissed off to see what a piece of crap that I had got. When I first seen the car on their website I noticed the A-Pillar had guages on it, I wanted them removed and replaced with a new moulding, Hector said "NO PROBLEM". So when I get into the car it's absoloutly filthy inside and out with no gas or temporary license plate as promised! I open the door and the A-pillar cover falls off the car and lands at my feet and has 2 huge holes it in. I then noticed the 2 A-pillar moulding up front are both different colors as well as the pillar moulding in the back seat behind the passanger. One is gray and one is black front and back!! This car is a 2007 with 20,000 miles and in poor poor condition!! I also noticed the seat belt covers were missing??? How is this?? The hooks where the seat belts attach to the car are also different colors one black and one gray!! What is going on in this car I thought??? Upon further inspection of the vehicle I noticed there was a big hole looking straight to the ground on the floor panel of the rear drivers passenger side. There is a coupler there where it looks like there was a Nitros Oxide bottle was mounted. Thats alway good for a car! Interesting!! They were supposed to send me the original hood because the previous owner replaced it with a Carbon Fiber hood, well they still haven't sent me the original, nor the replacement parts for all the other screwed up stuff on the car. I took pictures of everything as requested by Jeff to ensure they could send me all the right stuff!!! It's only been 3 months and still no parts, no emails, nothing..... Did I mention this vehicle came with no spare, no jack, or anything to replace a blowout! All in all, lesson learned never buy a car off the internet and NEVER NEVER buy a car from this HALF xxx, LAZY, INCOMPETENT car dealership called Community Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. They are giving chrysler, jeep and dodge a bad name. I am definetly spreading the word about this dump!! I almost forgot the paperwork said the vehicle had 20 something thousand miles on it, and when I checked the odometer it was almost 25k miles on it!!!! More

My wife and I purchased and vehicle a month ago, less than 20 days later started having issues with it burning coolant. Trying to be proactive I contacted them in hopes of this falling under their 3 mont than 20 days later started having issues with it burning coolant. Trying to be proactive I contacted them in hopes of this falling under their 3 month/3000 mile power train warranty. I was told the cooling system wasn't covered even though it is a essential part of keep the power train in good shape. I was not to enthused with that response so I addressed the issue myself. Then the vehicle started to stumble and fall on it's face before dying at red lights. Once more I called and was told to talk to service, I sat on hold for 15 min before I hung up, tried the next day and same result. My wife and I went to drive the vehicle yesterday to try and troubleshoot the issues when we made a sharp turn and during the turn the whole vehicle shut off and kept going straight, I don't want to think what could of happened if we where going or on a busier street. So I just called today and asked once more to have the vehicle looked at and fixed being it's only one month from the sell date, all I have been getting from them is constant resistance. They won't mention to you that the warranty is only for " catastrophic" failure and there was a deductible up front until you call with an issues hoping it would be addressed. Not the first time I bought a vehicle from them and it turned to junk in less than a month. Ive always believed in second chances and they blew all of them. More
