What an excellent buying experience! I left completely satisfied with my experience and purchase of a Dodge truck! The individuals that I worked with were professional, courteous, friendly, open, honest, satisfied with my experience and purchase of a Dodge truck! The individuals that I worked with were professional, courteous, friendly, open, honest, and responsive to my interests and needs. My experience began via their Internet advertising and the responses to my inquires were very timely, open and complete. The atmosphere at the dealership was very relaxing without any pressure to purchase or make decisions before I was ready. The knowledge and help with products and services were excellent with prompt responses, attention to detail and professional. Community Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership and its employees far exceeded any of my past experiences with purchases at dealers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and I will be returning when I am ready for my next purchase. Hector and Jeff were outstanding! More
Hector Mercedes II Is totally awesome! He kept in touch with me , was very kind, and tried to help me pin point the vehicle I was looking for. Steve Felton was kind and respectful to a point. I had brought my parents with me to look at cars because, duh, they were my ride. Yet, Steve kept focusing on my father, as if my dad was going to pick out and buy this vehicle. wrong! I am 34, have been married for 13 years, and have an 11 year old child. Now granted my dad has three very useful things going for him:1) He's my best friend and I adore him, 2) retired mechanic, 3) he has a dynamic and commanding personality. So I can see why Steve approached him first, but as soon as Steve found out that I was the one looking, it would have been nice if he had put a little more focus on what I had to say. But I did end up with a nice ford taurus, admittedly not a car of choice for me, it isn't my custom as I have had three to drop their trannies on me. But my dad and Steve wanted me to try it so bad, that I gave it a shot, and it is very nice and runs great. I am happy with it. Now all I got to do is keep it out of my husbands clutches!!! lol :) Overall, it turns out that though I was miffed that I was glazed over a bit, daddies do know more.... so it seems! :p More

Hector Mercedes niche is selling cars. He is a great asset for Community Chrysler. His friendliness and helpfulness to getting me back to TN in a 88 Chrysler Fifth Avenue was greatly appreciated. My wife and I purchased a used car from Community for a number of reasons. First, the car we were interested in was well photographed and represented. When we arrived at the dealership, we were very number of reasons. First, the car we were interested in was well photographed and represented. When we arrived at the dealership, we were very pleased to find the car in every bit of nice condition as it was represented online. Being out of state purchasers, an honest representation of the car is a must. Next, the purchasing process was completed almost entirely online and over the phone with Mr. Delagrange, and in short this process was exceptional. He was prompt and courteous throughout the entire transaction, and frankly, he was a major decision factor in purchasing the car through Community. Most of the time my questions posed to Mr. Delagrange were answered in minutes, not days (or not at all) like other internet auto sales sites. I felt like he was across the street, not across the state. There are a lot of dealerships that need to take a sales course from Mr. Delagrange! Upon arriving at the dealership, we were welcomed by a very relaxed atmosphere. It was one of the very few dealerships in which I actually enjoyed my visit. Most of the time I want to run out of these places while screaming out the door. Even my wife who absolutely loathes dealerships found the experience pleasant, and she's a harsh judge. To conclude, Community not only won my business by having a quality vehicle, but the prompt responses, attention to detail, and professionalism were what sealed the deal. More

Mr Delagrange, the Internet sales reprepresentative was a great communicator via e-mail and phone prior to my visit to the dealership. When I arrived with my wife he greeted us warmly, and the car was on and ready for a test drive. I was impressed with the calm business-like atmosphere at Community. Mr. Delagrange and his colleagues did everything to make me and my wife feel comfortable. He had a courteous yet casual and friendly way of dealing with me and my wife. He carefully explained the financing and warranty options. He guided us through the test drive and answered all questions. His colleague was also very efficient and professional in explainging the forms to be signed. Community's service department did a good job of preparing the car for drive off after the purchase. When Salesman do not keep their word the dealership should be rated poorly. I really expect sales to keep word and send gift card promised with purchase of truck. I have waited 2 weeks and sales did not keep word and send gift card promised at sale of truck. During first visit I ask to give papers to him and was told to keep them. Last visit to pick up truck said send gift card promised at sale of truck. During first visit I ask to give papers to him and was told to keep them.
