We ordered a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Brian Wells. We had some special requests that we wanted for our new Jeep. All we had to do was give Brian the info and he called them and arranged for them to come pick up our Jeep when it came in and have it done for when we were ready to pick it up. We have bought several vehicles, and it always seems to be stressful. Brian made it very easy, without any stress. Thank you Brian, we love it!!! More

I live in St. Louis and drove 4 1/2 hours to Community Chrysler for an online confirmation of a trade-in deal. Purchased a used 2011 RAM 1500 from Community Dodge. Ryan Neeley was the person who we dealt with the entire time, from the time we took a test drive to the delivery of the keys. I had narrowed my search down to two trucks which Ryan's was one of them. The other truck had less miles and they said they would make me a deal, but for me, it came down to the overall experience. As other people have said in reviews, Ryan was a non pressure, straight shooter and worked very hard to get me where I wanted to be price wise. I didn't really talk with any other sales people there, but if they are anything like Ryan, you have nothing to worry about. The other truck I was looking at, I could definitely tell that I was in a used car arena, had 3 different people talking to me and none of them knew what was going on. Didn't have that experience with Ryan. Ryan seems like the kinda person you would want to go out to lunch with. I would definitely recommend asking for Ryan if you visit Community Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. More
I work for Cummins at their world headquarters in Columbus IN so I get a supplier discount on all the big three manufacturers. After careful consideration I found my best value was with Dodge for a new 1500 Ram Big Horn. I went to Bob Poynter and to Fletcher Chrysler to see what they could give me for my trade and how much my supplier discount would be. After almost a week of giving both of them all my information, I still had not got a return call. Frustrated, I entered my car into Auto Trader and it wasn't even an hour later when Jeff from Community Chrysler emailed me. He then called me after I told him what I was looking for. Within another hour he had all the information with numbers and pre-approval. I took my trade there for an appraisal and ever person I dealt with from the Finance guy to the wash rack guy was extremely courteous and freindly. Within a 1.5 hours I drove away with a new truck. Jeff had most of the paperwork done when we got there, and he was very energetic and efficient even to where he was running to take care of the details. I was very impressed with Community as was my wife. We have purchased 6 new vehicles in past few years and this was by far the best experience we ever had. When I bought my 2010 Equinox from Stanley Chevrolet we were at the dealer for almost 8 hours, (horrible experience). Jeff Perry was very entertaining and the short time we were there went by quickly. I would highly reccomend Cummunity Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. We called Brandon regarding a van we seen on internet that we liked and submitted an online pre-qualification app. to see if they could work w/us being our credit was not the greatest before we went to d that we liked and submitted an online pre-qualification app. to see if they could work w/us being our credit was not the greatest before we went to dealership and wasted anyone's time. we knew our options were limited and really did not want to go the j.d. byrider route if at all possible this was last resort though. they only had 1 to work w/us on according to the bank they first went thru and we werent crazy about the color and style but knew we probably wasnt gonna get wat we really wanted anyway just right now. but brandon kept pushing for more options for us and thought he could get the van we really wanted approved possibly so we went on out which is 45 min. drive for us and when we arrived the deal wasnt wat we had in mind and couldnt commit to. he showed us another van and it was nice but felt like we were settling just to drive something home and resorted back to the van we came there for in the first place and Brandon absolutely started pulling rabbits out of his hat and was not going to let us leave disappointed even though he was working w/a difficult situation really. he asked about our current van and the possibility of trading it in, we hadnt really considered it but they offered us a good price and BRANDON got the deal done and not only did he get the deal approved it was the best rate we have been offered in years and this would only be a bonus to start getting our credit built back up fairly quickly. the payments were less than wat we told him we could do by $47 a mth. WOW! i was so so impressed w/his preserverance in our situation and even though the financial group there was probably ready to kick us out lol Brandon did not give up on us and he won, therefore we won. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who mentions needing a vehicle and they have earned a repeat customer for sure. Thank you Brandon for working so hard that day we appreciate it all. then we were waiting to sign the papers and the General Manager I believe his name was John came over sat at the table and thanked us for our purchase and chatted for a moment and we also shared the experience we had w/brandon all that day also with him. And by the way you all can take that 2008 Grand Caravan off the website b/c thats in our driveway thanks to Brandon. Awesome dealership and they dress casual which i think was different and made you feel comfortable and everyone was friendly and was not so uptight and appearing like vultures when you walked in the door if you're not attacked by them in the parking lot. lol which is how 99% of them work. Not this dealership, just laid back and feels very welcoming and we never felt Brandon mislead us at any point. thanks again for such a great experience. More
Looked on the internet for a car for my daughter, not wanting to purchase a new car since she is just 17. After checking several web sites I found Community Chrysler in Martinsville and set up to take a wanting to purchase a new car since she is just 17. After checking several web sites I found Community Chrysler in Martinsville and set up to take a test drive. Hector was wonderful and he put us with Ryan who was fabulous and treated us like family. We found what we were looking for, a 2003 Honda Accord coupe, at the dealership through the internet. Pics and description of the car sounded good, and the price listed was very reasonable. He was very pleasant to deal with when we arrived to see the car, and introduced us to Ryan when it came time for a test drive. He, too, was great. Long story short, we bought the car. No pressure, no tactics. Just a very good experience from the get-go. More
Not many people would drive almost 3.5 hours to trade a vehicle in, but we did! And before we left our house to make our drive to Community Chrysler, we felt confident in Ryan and what we had agreed on du vehicle in, but we did! And Ryan delievered exactly what was promised! We got a fair amount for our trade-in, a 2006 Ford Expedition, and got a fair price on the 2004 Ford Mustang GT convertible! Ryan was a great, no pressure, sincere, honest and all-around great guy to deal with! We were very impressed that Ryan was able to work out a deal with us quickly and efficently via emails! He even called us on Christmas Eve morning, his day off (we just wanted him to call us the next day he was in the office). Ryan takes pride in his customer service! We were greated promptly when we arrived at the dealership and they had us in the car to test drive very quickly! It was a very easy process! They even had a great playroom for our son, well stocked with toys! But what was even more impressive is that they have the table and chairs set up so the parents can sign the papers in the same room with their kid! It was great! Ryan understood exactly what we were looking for in order to make this deal happen and I think that the dealership got a great trade-in and we got a great car to satisfy our dream of owning a Mustang GT convertible! The only area for improvement I can recommend is providing the customer with at least 1/4 to 1/2 or even a full tank of gas! Even with a 1/4 tank of gas and the distance we drove to get the car, we would have still had to fill up but it would be a nicety that would have been the icing on the cake for our deal! But yet, we still have no complaints about the deal! Thanks to Ryan and Community Chrysler! (And yes, we would drive 3.5 hours again to buy from Ryan!) More
