I had to wait three weeks for an oil change and 99 point check. Once I was at the service center, the staff was fast and friendly. HOWEVER.... the service department said I needed new windshield wipers. I check. Once I was at the service center, the staff was fast and friendly. HOWEVER.... the service department said I needed new windshield wipers. I had personally changed the wipers a few weeks before that and the wipers were working perfectly. Bad move. Second the service department said I needed back brakes. OK that was reasonable. AND they could do it right away....WAIT....I had to wait three weeks for an oil change but you're going to spend all afternoon changing my brakes?!? I took my car somewhere else and got new brakes for half the cost. (And in half the time too). More
