Terrible customer experience. Wasted my time and cost me money. I made a mistake coming here. The used truck I purchased from Columbiana couldn’t pass a routine PA Inspection even after spending 10 days wi money. I made a mistake coming here. The used truck I purchased from Columbiana couldn’t pass a routine PA Inspection even after spending 10 days with the service department being fixed for axle/wheel bearing issue covered by warranty. Battery died within 24 hours of purchasing truck. After first attempt at repairing truck, I couldn’t even get it 100’ out of the lot due to a grinding noise in the front end that was unrelated to original issue for servicing. No response from management after complaints, only the service dept. I don’t respect that type of cowardice. In my opinion, Columbiana Ford is the definition of a dealer that strives only to meet the bare minimum standards. I learned a valuable lesson. I do not recommend them. More

We had to bring our car in for service unexpectedly. The salesman took care of the problem right away and went to service got our car in immediately. While there waiting on the diagnosis of our car we had c salesman took care of the problem right away and went to service got our car in immediately. While there waiting on the diagnosis of our car we had contact with Darrell, Elizabeth, Dan and multiple people just checking on how we were doing on our wait. They kept us updated on how things were going down to the final diagnosis of the problem. What was wrong would take a couple of days to fix due to having to order a part. We were given a rental car free of charge what a surprise. When it comes to a dealer you could not ask for anything more from any department there. We would recommend Columbiana Ford to everyone out there looking to buy a car and feel confident in purchase and following up with service. They are the best out there. More
