Purchased a new 2012 Ford Taurus last night at this dealership. Drove an hour to get to the dealer because the salesman I talked to on the phone seemed so nice. Boy was I surprised. When we got to the dealership the salesman, Pat Buckley, was even nicer than I expected. He was knowledgeable about the car, very polite, and had a great sense of humor. Also, the sales manager that we worked with was very impressive. We ended up with a very fair price, a great trade price, a coupon for lunch, and what seems to be a very nice car. Our first impression of this dealership is nothing short of terrific. I do hope their service is as good as what we have already experienced. And I encourage anyone needing a vehicle to give Columbiana Ford a shot at your business. I certainly would also say to ask for our salesman, Patrick Buckley. Pat will make your buying experience pleasant, painless, and fun. More
Bought a used vechicle was told it was a good vechicle but was lied to because the car was never looked at by the service department at All!!the vechicle was never detailed out completely dirty inside and but was lied to because the car was never looked at by the service department at All!!the vechicle was never detailed out completely dirty inside and out brought vechicle home the oil was never even changed.was told I would get a free detail and there is noise coming from the front end.made an appointment twice with the service department to get it fixed,looked at and detailed had my vechicle for a whole day and was told that they never placed an appointment for me in the computer and that they were too busy.my saleman never returned my phone calls and the manager would not get onto the phone to even speak with me.was told that they recieve used vechicles all the time and sell them off the lot before they could look at them!!!how can they tell me or even sell me a vechicle and guarantee me its a good vechicle if they never had a chance to even look at it???what kind of service is this??I will never go through this company again!!beware of their guarantees because they dis not even look at the vechicle it was dropped off by someone and bought by someone end of story.I guess they do not care about their blue oval guarantee I should of went to another dealership and I will make sure to spread the word and let everyone I know about their ignorance and horrible customer service!!!never again will they recieve a penny from me and I still have two more vechicles to buy but they will not recieve a penny from me!!! I have just bought my 4th vehicle from here and I could not be anymore satisfied from the salesperson all the way through the process including down to the service after the sale! They have always been more than fair when it comes to values for my trade, the price of the vehicle purchased, the financing rates and the service for all my vehicles needs. I have met the owner, Terry Poulton, and can see why this dealership seems so successful! Their attitudes and caring employees speak for itself! More
I purchased a 2007 mazda 3 from this dealership in the beginning of February 2012. It had 57,000 miles, an original manufacturers warranty through 2013, and a 4 year 48,000 mile extended warranty through beginning of February 2012. Within the first two weeks the clutch was showing extreme signs that it was going bad, and a couple days later the car was not moving because the clutch was bad. I took it back to the dealership and they charged me $500 for a new clutch. Right off the bat I had to scrape up $500 for something that they should have been aware of. Now, almost 2 months later, I took the car to a mazda dealership because the check engine light came on. After a couple hours of locating the problems they called me back to let me know the car had 2 bent rims, 2 dry-rotted tires, needed a new catalytic converter, a new $850 pulley, broken engine mounts, and maybe other things that I am forgetting. The warranty covered everything but $1500 worth of repairs. I cannot come up with $1500 as I am a full time student. I called the dealership back only to get in an argument with the manager and him hanging up on me because I "screwed" him with my trade-in. This dealership is ridiculous and is NOT a place to go to buy a car. Save your money and go somewhere reputable. More

Thanks to Mike for a stress-free purchase of a vehicle that we are extremely happy to own. He was very informative and friendly. We felt like we got a good value for our trade-in and a very fair price on the vehicle we purchased. Justin claimed to be new in his position in the financial part of the business, but if he had not told us, we would never have guessed. He was extremely professional and knew what he was doing.
