Vehicle was kept overnight to wait on a part and was told it would be delivered in the morning. I called around noon to inquire when my vehicle would be ready, I was told all the service people were busy and it would be delivered in the morning. I was disappointed this time around with my oil change service. I was one of the first in line for a Saturday service. I told the service manager I needed to be out of there by a specific time and he reas service. I was one of the first in line for a Saturday service. I told the service manager I needed to be out of there by a specific time and he reassured me it would happen however it didn’t. I never got the text that my car was ready. I had to seek him out. Once I got my car the hazard light was still on indicating that I still needed an oil change. I was frustrated and called to center to discuss. I was told to come back but was short on time. I recommend not going in on a Saturday. The attention to detail is not present. More
