I recently brought my Corolla Cross Hybrid to this dealer for a safety recall related to the car’s software. They resolved the recall issue, but I discovered that my automatic trunk opening wasn’t working af for a safety recall related to the car’s software. They resolved the recall issue, but I discovered that my automatic trunk opening wasn’t working afterward. I returned the following day, noticing online that others had experienced similar issues with their trunk after this specific recall. Despite explaining this, I was met with aggressive and dismissive responses, and they claimed there was “no proof” that they had caused the problem. I felt they disregarded my concerns, perhaps due to assumptions about my knowledge of cars as a younger woman. After additional hassle, they eventually fixed the trunk issue, but I was treated poorly throughout. Even requesting a courtesy car rental was met with complaints from staff. While my car is now in working order, the experience left much to be desired regarding customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer for service. More

Service representative talked my wife into purchasing a new set of tires even though the previous set was purchased at the same location and under warranty. The tires were rated for 65k miles but only has new set of tires even though the previous set was purchased at the same location and under warranty.
