I CAME TO CLAY COOLEY WITH A NEW CUSTOMER FROM MY BUSINESS AND HAD BEEN TO SEVERAL USED CAR LOTS AND NO ONE WANTED TO HELP HER. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY TO HIGH FOR A USED CAR OR THE MECHANICAL CONDIT BUSINESS AND HAD BEEN TO SEVERAL USED CAR LOTS AND NO ONE WANTED TO HELP HER. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY TO HIGH FOR A USED CAR OR THE MECHANICAL CONDITION OF THE CAR WAS BAD. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I OWN A MECHANICS SHOP IN ARLINGTON,TX. SO LONG STORY SHORT, NOT ONLY DID THEY HELP HER GET INTO A CAR BUT ONE THAT WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE AND ONE THAT SHE COULD AFFORD !!! AND TO ADD TO IT I ALSO RETAINED HER AS A CUSTOMER AT MY BUSINESS I WILL ALWAYS REFER CUSTOMERS THERE WHEN LOOKING FOR A USED OR NEW VEHICLE. THANKS CLAY COOLEY FOR THE JOB YOU GUYS DID!!! The reason why I give this rating is because when I went in on Saturday September 29, 2012.....The people inside made me feel like i was making a good investment. I went in looking for them to only get me i in on Saturday September 29, 2012.....The people inside made me feel like i was making a good investment. I went in looking for them to only get me into a used car, but to my surprise i left out with a brand new 2012 Suzuki with 53 miles on it. My credit was not in good shape but I still left with the choice of the car that I wanted, not what they wanted me to have. I strongly reccommend you to visit. But don't take your wife with you, because she will catch you looking at Karla cause she is a beautiful and she is good at making you feel welcome. Overall my visit was not a 10 it was a 1,000,000,000 because it was worth more than a 10!!!!!! More
I went to Clay Cooley looking to pay cash for a used car. I told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I intended to pay. The salesman showed me several cars that looked great and I figured that w I told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I intended to pay. The salesman showed me several cars that looked great and I figured that with them knowing my budget constraints, these cars were the price I was looking for. That was wrong. The cars are not marked with prices and the salesmen do not know what they are worth. After spending around an hour looking at these cars, somebody else showed up to the table with a purchase agreement that was over twice what I had told them my budget was. The philosophy of this dealer is not to listen to you and find out what you want, rather it is to make you want something and then try to rope you into financing to cover it. I don't know how many times I told them I wanted to pay cash, but they refused to listen. I walked out of there without knowing if they had any reasonable cars for me. I went next door and happily bought a car that was more than my budget, but it was my decision, and felt joy in the fact that I was not buying from Clay Cooley. More
What a waste of time and a huge scam this place is! I responded to a craig's list ad for a Benz E350. This guy calls me back in 10 minutes and tells me about the car and that he can give me an end of the responded to a craig's list ad for a Benz E350. This guy calls me back in 10 minutes and tells me about the car and that he can give me an end of the month special, even below what was advertised. He said everything is negotiable. He said let him know if i was coming so he could get the car detailed. Then he sends me an email asking if i was coming. I responded with I would be there and asked him the address. This all happend before 10 AM on a Saturday morning. He responded with the address and wile i was driving, I get a call asking if I'm coming in from some girl, I tell her yes. Then i get there at 12:30 after driving for over an hour and a half, and he doesnt even answer his pages. When i finally unload my two infants and wife and walk into the store, and ask someone for him they tell me he's busy, but they'll bring the car around. 10 minutes later, someone tells me the car has been sold, but they have other vehicles available. When i asked for the manager, the guy went in and came back with a print out of another car from another dealership of theirs. A different model for a higher price. What a load of crap. I'd never go there ever again. I wasted my day and gas driving over 75 miles to a dealership with incompetent sales staff. More

Roland met us immediately upon our arrival. He greeted us in a friendly and professional way. He probed as to model, year and color we preferred. He showed us what was available that suit our needs. He inquired about one that showed sold and it had become available. That is the one we purchased. He made the whole process expeditious. He explained everything in detail. Our negotiations, which included James, were very courteous and professional. Mr. Mauro Valle was expedient in the financing. He explained options to us and we took the Gap Insurance. We all felt it was a win-win situation. We purchased a great car at a fair price from very professional people. If this is not satisfactory, please let me know and I will add to it. More
Another large nationwide repair facility recommended trashing my daughter's 2007 Suzuki Forenza. They said the codes they got indicated the transmission was shot, the electronic control module (ECM) ha trashing my daughter's 2007 Suzuki Forenza. They said the codes they got indicated the transmission was shot, the electronic control module (ECM) had to be replaced, and there were engine leaks. They estimated a cost of over $3,000 to fix it. I decided to check with Clay Cooley Suzuki since they know Suzukis. Andy in the service department explained the codes to me and said all it needed was a switch replacement that tells the transmission what gear it is in to satisfy the codes. The ECM did not need to be replaced; however, if it did, Andy said that would be free under warranty. When the technician was working on the engine, he found two more things. There was a head gasket leak that I wanted fixed. While that was being done, a new timing belt was put on for free, under warranty. He also pointed out a small leak at the thermostat that I decided to fix myself. They never pressured me to get any work done that I did not want. My total cost was under $400 and the car passed the state inspection after that. Everyone was very friendly and the repairs took exactly the length of time Andy said it would. They saved my daughter's car. While I was waiting on that car to be repaired, I went to the showroom and bought another Suzuki for my wife! More

Overall Andy and Shane have been nice in doing business with. I feel comfortable. You should have one of the managers greet customers back in the service department that are waiting for there veichles. Clay Cooley was back there one time and all he did was look at us and walk away without saying a word. BAD for business...we know what he looks like we have seen the commercials. Andy has been great as a service advisor...make sure he does not go anywhere and give him a raise. More
