We arrived last Tuesday interested in the 5-Speed Manual Mitsubishi Mirage, they showed us the automatic and talked down he manual saying it was so unpopular and no one purchased that one etc. After they pre approved us to finance, (of which the finance manager was extremely rude and unpleasant to us) we explained we were really interested in the manual version and showed them the same exact car for the same price online at Don Herring Plano. As soon as they saw were were considering another dealership they decided they could order us a manual version. But ask us to put $200 down to reserve it because once they get that car here if we decided not to buy from them they are stuck with this very unpopular car that no one is going to want, they also told us they never lose a deal with price matching. So we decide to put the money down, they said it would for sure be there by Thursday morning. So we return Thursday morning to find out that the car was not in, we sat there for over an hour while they tried to "locate" the driver coming from OK and said they were going to try and find another dealership to purchase from to find the closest car. Hour and half later they say no one has one at their lot and the truck from OK is going to be a while. Except that can't be true because all along Don Herring in Plano had 3 different colors in the 5-Speed manual, including the white that we were looking for. So...they tell us to come back Monday because for sure it will be there and ready to go. We come back today and after the runaround with 3 different people, they got the car in over the weekend and sold it to someone willing to pay higher than what they quoted us. Even though we had reserved the car with $200 and it was only ordered for us. So their options were giving us our money back or ordering another one that would take 2-3 weeks to get in. Helllllll no. We took our money and left. Went right to Don Herring in Plano and 2 short hours later we left with our 2017 5-Speed Manual Mitsubishi Mirage. Wouldn't recommend Clay Cooley to ANYONE EVER!!! By far worst customer service and worst experience in the history of dealerships ever. More

She traded in a vehicle, which was worse for the wear, and this company has her sitting on top of a $25,000 note for a 2001 Chevy Malibu, the car is decently priced at around $8500, but the interest is $15,000. Her car payments are in excess of $500.00. Now here is a young woman, trying to make ends meet, on a minimum wage job. Where in their right mind would a dealership do this to a person? Now she is about to be out close to 3 months of payments because she just can't do it. I will also be contacting the BBB and the local news stations about this scam. How could they even approve such an outrageous loan based on income of less than $240 a week. How is she supposed to feed her 2 babies? This company and aggressive lending has got to stop. More

They offered me $10k under what my car was worth after telling me they were buying it for my asking price over the phone. I got out of there as quickly as possible. Their show room is disgusting with no furniture, pictures, water, coffee just a bunch of sleezy guys in very cheap suits trying to scam people. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS!!!! More

The purchase price quoted for the two fobs is $461.76 and the price to program them is $123.95 for a total of $585.71. This seemed a bit excessive, but I wasn't sure... I got online, and purchased two brand new key fobs for a total of $24.21. I looked online further and found out how to program the fobs myself. This effort took less than one minute for each key fob....... The bottom line is that I saved $561.50 by taking care of myself.
