I was going into the dealership for routine service on my 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara and couldn't access the dealership because there had been an accident on the service road the dealership entry way was block 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara and couldn't access the dealership because there had been an accident on the service road the dealership entry way was blocked by police. I called into the dealership and Curtis Matlock took my call and walked out the service road and begged the policeman to let me in (great move #1). After leading me into the dealership and to the service counter, Curtis proceeded to talk to me about my vehicle and checking to see if I might be interested in trading it in for a newer model. I told him I was okay with what I have right now and I didn't get the usual pressure I have received at other dealerships in the past to buy another vehicle (great move #2). Well while waiting ot have my vehicle serviced I decided to take a walk out and look at the new vehicles on the lot and noticed the most beautiful car I had ever seen, the Suzuki Kizashi. I was very impressed with the price and all of the standard equipment that is usually extra on other new vehicles. I went into the dealership and found Curtis and told him I would be interested in seeing if he could get me into a Kizashi. He quickly went about making that happen and in just a short time I was riding off in my new Midnight Blue 2011 Suzuki Kizashi. Curtis and his co-worker Orlando took great care of me and all of the other salesman were very nice as well. The finance manager was great too. I wrecked our car last year and it was just never the same. I did not feel safe in it with all of the bad weather we get here in Dallas. After that we started looking for a new SUV. The Suzuki Grand Vitara is a great SUV for our family. At first though we ran into a lot of frustration when we started shopping.
