We were paying cash for the car and already spent more than we had planned to. His job was to have us sign a bunch of papers and give us the license plates. Couldn’t our salesperson have done this? He is actually on the Mazda "side;" however, when we found a used vehicle over at Volkswagen that we liked (over a different one on the Mazda side), he was more than happy to make arrangements to show the vehicle and the Volkswagen "side" let us continue with him as our sales professional throughout the process, regardless the vehicle. It all seemed very collaborative and showed us a lot of positives about the dealership that we wouldn't have experienced otherwise. I would recommend them and would purchase a future vehicle from the VW or the Mazda location. More
