When I arrived to drop it off, Elaina gave me a reasonable estimate of how long it would take to do a full diagnosis. When she called me, she summarized the complete report, and helped me prioritize the repairs. She also arranged for me to talk with the examining mechanic when I picked up the car, so all my questions could be answered. Your technician told me that you use special oil imported from Germany that last 10,000 miles???, but you use only domestic Casstrol ......... ouch... That will put you on the bottom line of my future services. Last time I was in service technician say to me that my air filter is worn and this tame is good.Last time my tires are excellent and now 2 are fair and one is worn Car has only 34,000 miles. and one new tire. They suggested 600 dollars to replace 3 tires + labor rotating????? My service to change oil ,filter an rotate tires plus one bulb was changed cost me $ 140.00 Expensive Very Unhappy And on the end none bring my car back. I have to go myself . More
