Auto Repair I had just purchased a used but new to me GTI from another dealer and wouldn't you know the water pump went out just 3 days after words. I did not have an appointment and they took me right away. Lucky for me the pump fell under my warranty. Even though I did not purchase my new car from the AutoBarn they treated me like I did. He listened and found me what I needed for the amount I could afford no haggle no convincing to take a car note! Took it in a couple days ago for minor repair normal wear and tear, 1. I was not oversold ; Justin recommended what other work needed to be done. 2. loaner was available and I was in and out (even though we had an ice storm) . 3. Called and re confirmed everything before completing repairs. AND THEN MY BALANCE WAS LOWER THAN INITIALLY QUTOED!!!!!!!! I have never walked into a service dept and walked out with no additional problems! LOVE THIS PLACE AND THSR GUYS! since then I've sent 3 people within a year who all purchased and are loving the VDUB EXPERIENCE!!!! More
