I came in to have my car inspected after a month of receiving service at this dealership, my car started making a thumping noise so I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. Nothing had to be done or repaired. What I do find insulting is that the noise is still there and they said to clear the stuff in my trunk… what an Insult to my intelligence. I will never use this dealership again, recently paid off my car now the turbo went out twice once when I first purchased the car and now a second time. I want to Thank Justin in service. My niece had her catalytic converter stolen in Jan 2024 a day after her birthday. We took it to Downtown VW where all our work has been done. We have waited someone called said part was in happen to follow up 14 days later for them to say they don’t have the part it’s been 10 months now. We spoke with Justin on 10/18 explained our situation he came back to us within 20 minutes on what the can do at City. He ordered the parts told us it may need work done from sitting 10 months. Called the service manager Fred and never returned a call. We had the car towed on Monday. Justin called us when the car arrived, when the parts tacked in and even to say I will be off on Wednesday. Long story text this morning car is complete with the additional things such as oil change etc. I am beyond grateful for Justin and City Volkswagen. We have 3 VW in the family and all our business will be with them. Thank you Justin for your professionalism and making this horrible ordeal possible.
