Mostly good service, but my only complaint is I asked to have an update on if my car would be done on the same day. This was July 3rd, and I understand they were busy before the 7/4 holiday, but was told it have an update on if my car would be done on the same day. I texted 1 hour before they closed to ask if it would be completed today since I did not hear from them and did not get a reply until the following business day. I was fine with them completing it Wednesday, but I only wish they had confirmed that with me. More
I had airbag lights off on my car while across the street from the dealer. I called but couldn’t get through to service. Left a message. Someone did call me back but was not located at the dealer. She couldn’t get through to them so she advised me to drive the car over. They were unable to hook up to the cars computer that day so I had to leave it. Next morning they had found the problem and were waiting to hear when the part would be in. I had to place several callls and texts at 3 that day to find out status. Now the car would be ready the. Ext day by noon. Noon came and went. Then I spent 90 minutes trying to get someone in service. Then I find out they are just finished my car at 2 ish. So I have someone drive me. Pick up my keys and head to my car. Same problem. The problem was never fixed and two people drove my car and didn’t notice al the warning lights. So now I am there without a car after two days and no ride. Trish was the only good thing at service. She gave me a loaner. The car was finally fixed 7 days after dropping it off. Just unacceptable especially after Liston g to the countless cioccas number one priority is customer service. This is my third time with service since they took over and each time had been bad. More

The Service Department's online appointment scheduling system needs major improvement. I scheduled an appointment online and three people called me to say their system didn't schedule schedule the specif system needs major improvement. I scheduled an appointment online and three people called me to say their system didn't schedule schedule the specific day that I requested. I then received three more phone calls regarding that appointment. It was such a an annoyance to be called six times from them. There should be no reason to call a customer that many times. More
