The transaction was quickly completed and did not drag on as has been my experience at other dealerships. Rick was able to find the exact car I wanted in just a few days. It was ready "to go" when I arrived to pick it up and any last minute details were quickly completed. This is truly a great place to buy a car and Rick is a friendly and understanding salesman. More
Dealership is nice, everone is friendly and the cars are great. I dealt primarily with Alex in sales. My only complaint is that he did not give me my window sticker. Mr. Geissler was very friendly, but more importantly, he had good answers to all our questions about the cars he was selling. We had some special requirements for any car we might buy, and quickly realized that the Forester was the Subaru which was right for us. We said we'd like to go home and "sleep on it," and Mr. Geissler did not pressure us. We came back the next day, and he showed us the care again, and we decided to buy. The price was within the range we had set for ourselves, and we thought the final deal was a good one. So we were certainly satisfied with the service all around. I expect a good relationship with Mr. Geissler and this dealership whenever I might have questions. More
Flemington Subaru is a very nice dealership. One downside is we thought the price could have been more negotiable. It was a 2 year old car with over 60,000 miles on it and felt the price should have been abo is we thought the price could have been more negotiable. It was a 2 year old car with over 60,000 miles on it and felt the price should have been about $900-$1000 lower. We almost gave a "2" to the price question above instead of a "3". Otherwise Alex was very helpful with everything (fixing couple problems, answering our questions, accomodating our time etc). The final payout of the car was handled in a very honest, professional manner which alone would make us recommend Alex and the dealership to others and probably make us come back in future to buy another car. This place is xxx. DO NOT COME TO FLEMINGTON I have a 2007 subaru impreza that needed a recall to remove a piece from my gas tank that could have potentially damaged the catalytic converter. It was suppose to take 45min to an hour and after an hour past I asked the man at the front what was going on. He looked at me and said, it'll be done soon, obviously not checking. Another hour passed and when i finally got my car back it reeked of oil and gas for over a week. It wasn't enough to waste my time on the recall but the dealer ship did such a poor job I needed to go back again. More
I contacted Flemington Subaru by email knowing exactly which model and options I wanted, which was good because they didn't have any inventory to test drive. I requested a quote and a valuation of my trade-in. Their quote beat the price found on both edmunds.com and carsdirect.com. They obviously didn't commit to a trade-in value without seeing it, but they gave an estimate. When I brought my car in for them to look at, they honored the quote and their estimate. I ordered a remote starter, which turned out to be on back-order from Subaru. They went the extra mile to search other dealerships and delivered the car on time as promised. Alex was responsive and answered all my questions, both via email and in person. The only blemish to my experience was that I noticed an interior panel was not completely secured. I'm guessing it was opened to access the wiring for the remote starter or fog lights. It took me a second to pop in back in, so no biggie. More
