I would ask Ashley a question and she would never answer my question or just ignored that I asked her something. She also said when I was scheduling that there would be a shuttle available. Waited nearly 1 hr after car was outside and oil changed completed before paper work completed by the other male associate ( not Ashley). When I arrived for my 8 am appointment there were 6 people ahead of completed before paper work completed by the other male associate ( not Ashley). When I arrived for my 8 am appointment there were 6 people ahead of me. The male associate who was working very slowly. Once Ashley came on duty things moved at a very reasonable pace. She was efficient and pleasant. My car had an its 6 month oil change & tire rotation. No further work was needed & my car was moved to the outside parking space in front of the office at 9:05. I waited to be called & at 9:40 went into the office to inquire how much longer it would be & Ashley told me the male associate had my paper work. I waited on line another ten minutes & asked the male associate when my paper work would be completed & I was told I had to wait until he got to it. Other people complained especially after they heard I was waiting nearly an hour for paper work. One couple left to go to Bridgewater where they said the service is better. I plan to look into that for the next routine oil change. It was Ashley who had to go into the computer to find my paper work as the other (rude indifferent nameless male associate left the office after speaking with me. I was at your service center 7/6 @ 8 am. I do no usually complain and let things go but the experience has definitely left me with a negative feeling about your service center. Perhaps he does like old people ( I am 76) and thinks we have nothing better to do with our time but hang out and wait. More
