Great response, if it actually worked. I called, asked for the Service Manager/General Manager, was told to wait a minute. I waited 5 minutes then was placed into a voicemail and left a message and no one responded. So how about actually addressing the issue versus giving the appearance to others like you actual have true customer service. This just keeps getting worse...
