Worst Customer Service Possible Went in to buy a Grand Cherokee SRT. Agreed on $32667 (Mercedes S550) on my trade in. They were selling me a 2014 SRT for $66,662. Difference $33,995 Went in to buy a Grand Cherokee SRT. Agreed on $32667 (Mercedes S550) on my trade in. They were selling me a 2014 SRT for $66,662. Difference $33,995 plus tax. I offered $33000 plus tax. I left dealership and later on spoke with them and was told they would do the deal at $33,000 plus tax. Went back to dealership and they refused to do either deal. Ended up going to Manhattan Landrover and bought new 2015 Range Rover Sport. Much better SUV. Interesting that when they originally wanted to do deal at $33,995, they insisted that it had to be financed thru them, otherwise, price would be higher for cash deal. Seems like they push people into subprime auto loans-this practice should be reported to the Attorney General's Office of NYS. Be careful of this type of loan since Jeep was offering 3.95 percent financing and they were steering me to a non Manufacturer financed loan. More
