Would NEVER recommend I scheduled an appointment to return my leased vehicle at the Bay Ridge dealership. It was confirmed by Renato (lease specialist) himself. I called 3 I scheduled an appointment to return my leased vehicle at the Bay Ridge dealership. It was confirmed by Renato (lease specialist) himself. I called 3 days before to confirm my appointment and the secretary said yes it is in the schedule. How is that when I show up, Renato tells me that there is no record of my appointment? He then blames he secretary and states, "I am tired of this xxxx." He told me he could not take my car and said, word for word, "this is not my problem." He then proceeded to walk away and sent another manager to speak with me. At this point, I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted with your customer service. If you make a mistake, own up to it, don't curse and tell someone its not your problem. Your problem now is that I will not buy a vehicle from your dealership nor will I ever recommend it to any of my friends that are currently looking. Your customer service was disgraceful and this horrible experience has completely turned me off from your dealership. More

The only reason i gave the review two stars was due to the sales associate. More

I am so happy that he was the one to approach us as soon as we walked in. Of course, I researched online beforehand, so I had an idea of pricing and knew, pretty much what I wanted. We went in to get a price and by the time we left we had put a deposit down on our 2015 Dodge Durango! Geuri was willing to negotiate and was extremely patient, the deal wasn't closed until about 45 minutes past closing time! He has kept in contact with me every step of the way. I don't do well with pushy, aggressive salesmen, Geuri is the opposite of that. He is trustworthy, friendly and kind. My kids even loved him! He's very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and has a clear understanding of his customers and their needs. I would highly recommend requesting Geuri Canela if you go to this dealership. Also, Marco, one of the managers and Alex from finance were very helpful and friendly. More

We were matched with a salesperson (Peter Bellina) by the manager (James Greco). Peter showed us what we wanted and took time to explain everything about the cars we were interested in. Both Peter and James helped us find a model (Jeep Cherokee) that we could comfortably afford to lease. All employees (service and sales) were very pleasant to us. We are very pleased with our choice and would recommend this dealership and employees to anyone wishing to buy or lease. More

I met with Marty R and he was absolutely the most professional and helpful person I have ever dealt with. He was upfront, honest and took the time to explain the details of my trade in. He helped me choose a new car and took me for a test drive. He wanted to make sure I was going to get the best deal, so he went over to the office manage Jimmy Greco and reviewed everything with him. I walked out that same day with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I feel I got the best deal. Stop in and be sure to ask for MARTY R!! More

I typically hate going to dealerships directly when leasing a car because of the tactics used by their salesmen but my boyfriend insisted we stop by. Let's begin with the way we were greeted. We walked in and since no one said a word, we began to slowly start walking around. The person in front stood up as I moved another two feet and asked if we needed help. Before I got to say a word he continued with: I guess not.. For all future shoppers at Bay Ridge CJD, please do not take a breath before responding. There is just no time for that around there. I smiled and told the gentleman that we came to shop for a car/pricing. He directed me towards Mark Weisberg. Oh Mr. Weisberg will I have a reality check for you through this review. He started off very friendly and honest. Said he doesn't know anything about the car we were shopping for. He proceeded to ask if we have gotten prices already for this vehicle and of course we have. I know it's unsatisfactory to have smart clients who did their research but since we will be the ones PAYING for the car and not you Mark, I think it's only fair we do that. Unless of course you'd like to split our monthly payments, then we will just come straight to you, trusting that a stranger will give us the best price. When he asked us for the pricing we received from other places, we didn't share the information and just said we'd rather get his pricing first and then will let him know if we've seen lower/higher/same. He responded with: "I can tell you already don't like me but that's okay. Business is business." I was dumbfounded and began to realize this man should not be working here. As we're comparing different cars they have in their inventory, I notice that the pricing for the same model of 2 different vehicles doesn't make sense.. One vehicle was cheaper with more options than the other one. Of course that raises a question. He said he would have to ask his manager. When we began to ask more questions, ALL his responses were that he had to speak with the manager. I am not sure why he couldn't just call his manager over to help responding all of our questions instead of walking back and forth for each one. He seemed very unsatisfied to do his job as he was "tired and hot from walking around all day" so of course it didn't help that he had to walk to the manager with each question. We remained respectful, asking legitimate questions any buyer would.. Some of his final responses seemed fishy so at this point I called it quits and got up and said okay thank you we will go now. He aggressively flipped his notepad and banged it on the table and said "OKAY NEXT!!!!". As far as I'm concerned, each potential buyer isn't a promised buyer. If the man doesn't want to do his job, why does he work there? I immediately walked over to the front desk to write down his name and the customer service number. I absolutely do not tolerate aggression, rudeness and pure disgusting behavior when trying to give a place business. This place needs to train their staff on sales, anger management and better customer service PERIOD. I will be leaving this review on many sites due to the extent of my anger and zero tolerance for bad attitude. I recommend going ANYWHERE but here; unless you want your day ruined. Cherry on top of this experience, they gave me a price of $6,000 more than most other places. GREAT DEALS BAY RIDGE CJD! There are so many leasing companies with amazing people. I will proceed my search with them. More

From beginning to end he listened, was informative, very pleasant and just a joy. While Emmaunuel worked to get me some numbers for possibly leasing a Jeep Loredo, I met one of the mangers named Jimmy. Jimmy was this go getter, relentless personality that was just great.
